She covered important elements related to Mental health challenges and strategies. Dr.Singh discussed the common symptoms of Depression and Anxiety. And how we can prevent it by keeping our mind body and soul in sync.

For body: Movement, Break, Diet
For Soul: Connect with self and others, Express yourself through Art, Dance, Music, Poetry etc.
